The Quest Continues…Drinking beer one day at a time

Monthly Archives: June 2015

Where does the time go?

Two events going on this Saturday that I need to relate (I know that there’s a lot more, but these are close to me): Burn ‘Em Brewing is having their tasting/to go Grand Opening from 12-8 PM CDT. I’ll be there early to take part in the celebration.

Also, The Livery is having a bottle release of their Half Truth a Barrel-Aged, Black Rye IPA for $9.75/bottle. I hope that I can make it there after the Burn ‘Em party. Yikes!

Short & Sweet: Greenbush is holding their 4th anniversary celebration all day today. I’ll be there with Bruce bright and early. How ’bout you?

And this: I knew that Bell’s Brewery 40th anniversary party was sometime in September; I didn’t realize that to have any chance of getting tickets had to be submitted (Postmarked) by June 12. I have sent my request and am anxiously awaiting to see if I’ll be some of the chosen few. It’s going to be a grand event, so don’t delay and submit your request today! This is the link to all of the stink:

Don’t worry, I’m not missing in action, I’m just a little bit busy, or is that lazy? Especially pertaining to daily posting on this-here-blog. See you at Tapistry and Greenbush!

Before I forget: Greenbush will be celebrating its 4th anniversary on Wednesday, June 10 with all day specials and contests, plus a special release on tap and in bottles. Should be pretty good, so do make some time to stop by and have a pint or two.

I can’t believe that another week has passed with hardly a peep by me. Oh, well. It’s Monday so there’s nothing for me to fret, especially with 1/2 priced groups A & B beers for mug-club members at Greenbush.
